Our health and wellbeing is more important now than ever before as New Zealand continues its battle with the global health pandemic.  

Join us on 27 October for a virtual event to hear from EY’s Corporate Wellbeing Coach – Dana Traenkle. We will explore the importance of a healthy lifestyle, exercise, rest and methods of stress management in the first half hour, followed by a relaxing yoga and meditation session suitable for beginners for the remaining half hour.
