Looking to get outdoors, make a real difference for our local environment, and catch up with the TIC community? Join us on Thursday 1 October for a hands-on morning alongside Conservation Volunteers New Zealand in the Red Zone. We’ll be spreading mulch to set the plants up for success as we enter spring.
Check in with your employer about volunteer leave - many companies offer paid time off for community events like this!
• Parking: Street parking on New Brighton Road, or at the end of Queensbury Street
• Gear / PPE Required: Covered sturdy shoes (mandatory) and weather-appropriate clothing you don't mind getting dirty
Whether you stay for an hour or the whole morning, every pair of hands helps. Come get your hands dirty with us!
