Infrastructure New Zealand is pleased to announce our AGM which is being held at Aurecon on 15 June 2022 at 4pm at Level 3/185 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.  

After the AGM Claire Edmondson, Chief Executive, will launch Building Nations.  Following this will be an opportunity for networking from 5-6pm.

Note, only Full Corporate, Subsidiary of Corporate and Local Government members can nominate, vote and be elected on the Board.  Members will have received the Call for Nomination form.  Nominations must be received no later than 5pm on 1 June 2022.

On 2 June 2022 nominee profiles will be sent to all members and the voting form will be sent to the Primary Contact as recorded in the INZ database.  Voting is by postal/electronic votes prior to AGM only and closes 5pm on 8 June 2022.  One vote per organisation, if more than one vote is received, all votes from this organisation will become invalid.  

Vote count will be ratified by the Infrastructure New Zealand’s auditor prior to announcement of the three new elected Board members at the AGM.
