Jayne Chater

Jayne Chater is a leading Executive Coach in New Zealand with experience spanning over 15 years, many sectors, different organisations, and varying levels of leadership.

Jayne is well known for her work in the space of women in leadership. She is the founder of ‘The Female Leader’ programme, a residential programme developing women across many sectors; she holds the Executive Director role for Professionelle; and she is the Founder of Reconnect, a well-known and leveraged return-to-work programme that reconnects working mums to self, work and family. 

Sue Watson

Sue is an experienced leadership development expert who has worked with a wide range of business, educational, and not-for-profit organisations and leaders over a number of years.

Creative and inspiring, Sue has a reputation for ‘keeping it real’ while developing and delivering highly engaging and effective leadership programmes. Sue is committed to developing women in leadership through coaching and development programmes.
