As New Zealand ramps up efforts to deliver increasingly complex and large-scale projects, now more than ever we’re seeing the need for collaborative delivery models to meet the scale and pace required for this critical infrastructure.  

Join us on Thursday 9 December for a virtual event where we’ll be hearing from the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Defence Estate and Infrastructure Alliance (DEI Alliance).

The DEI Alliance is tasked with delivering a $2.1B portfolio to regenerate the Defence Estate which will provide better infrastructure, better camps and bases and better workplaces for the service women and men of the NZDF.

Alliance partners DEI, EY and Beca will introduce the alliance structure, explore why and how the DEI Alliance was established and what it seeks to achieve. We’ll also share our learnings and discuss the benefits of an alliance approach in the infrastructure sector.
