Infrastructure New Zealand,  in partnership with Dentons, is hosting an interactive discussion on what's holding us back with Kate Broer (Dentons Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer) on Tuesday 20 February.

Inclusion, diversity and equity are proven to enhance productivity, drive innovation and generate better financial performance, yet progress towards the greater participation of women and people from under-represented groups continues to be slow.

Join us for an interactive, in person discussion over breakfast, led by Kate Broer, who will be on the ground in New Zealand.

This is an opportunity for us to leverage Kate’s expertise to help us tackle the hard questions around what is standing in the way and what can be done to shift momentum in a positive direction. We all talk about it, let’s now be part of a step change in the industry.
