Lydia Hartshorne - QAC Project Manager, Queenstown Airport Corporation

Lydia Hartshorne is a project management professional leading key asset projects at Queenstown Airport Corporation. Lydia recently delivered Australasia’s first Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS) a $23 million airfield safety upgrade completed during overnight closures. With a diverse background across multiple sectors, she brings a sharp focus on stakeholder collaboration, and delivering complex projects in live operational environments. 


Urma Harré - Project Manager, Beca

Urma Harré is a skilled project manager at Beca, with experience working on a variety of construction projects in the Queenstown Lakes area. Urma provided design management services on behalf of Beca during the construction phase of the EMAS project. Leveraging her construction background and airfield construction monitoring expertise, Urma played a key role in supporting the successful delivery of this project.
