Following networking drinks and nibbles, a moderated panel of leading public and private sector practitioners will explore the evolving infrastructure landscape, including RMA reform, the Fast Track Approvals Act, and the practical implications of recent legislative changes for project delivery. Discussion will cover the select committee report on RMA reform, lessons learned from Fast Track projects to date, and what the reforms mean for the planning, consenting, and delivery of infrastructure across New Zealand.
Attendees will gain practical insights into both the opportunities and challenges emerging from the reform programme, including its relationship with the proposed Planning Bill. A Slido QR code will be available throughout the evening, allowing attendees to participate in a live Q&A with the panel.
