• Expertise in Affordable Housing and Economic development in communities 
• Property and tenancy management in Private and NFP residential accommodation. 'Troubleshooting' on distressed properties MIP and in Receivership. 
• Director and Board Chairman (NFP): Board Governance , leadership , strategic planning and succession planning.
