Christchurch’s Ōtākaro Limited has recently been repurposed Rau Paenga Limited, in a further step to transform the Crown company into a national infrastructure delivery agency. Lessons learnt during the Christchurch regeneration programme will now help other Crown organisations to deliver their major infrastructure projects more efficiently, effectively and consistently.
